Duplication

What is Duplication

To do well and be successful in Atomy Biz, it is important to know a concept – Duplication. If we want to achieve Imperial Master, we need to understand the concept and impact of Duplication.

The power of Multiplication/ Duplication can be demonstrated with the example of “A Grain of Wheat and The Chess Board” – use visual illustration

If a grain of wheat is placed on the first square of a chessboard, and double it on the next square, i.e. two on the second, four on the third, and so on until all the 64 squares on the chessboard, how many grains of wheat do you think would be on the 64th square on the chessboard? It can cover the whole of India with 3 feet high of grains.

The problem may be solved using simple addition. With 64 squares on a chessboard, if the number of grains doubles on successive squares, then the sum of grains on all 64 squares is 1 + 2 + 4 + 8 + … and so forth for the 64 squares. The total number of grains can be shown to be 264-1 or 18,446,744,073,709,551,615 (eighteen quintillions, four hundred forty-six quadrillion, seven hundred forty-four trillion, seventy-three billion, seven hundred nine million, five hundred fifty-one thousand, six hundred and fifteen, over 1.4 trillion metric tons), which is over 2,000 times the annual world production of wheat, which in the period 2020-21 was an estimated 772.64 million metric tons.

This exercise is used to demonstrate how quickly exponential sequences grow can take place although the start may seem small and slow. The power of multiplication happens on the last row of the chessboard.

Why Duplicate?

Atomy’s Philosophy is Absolute Quality and Absolute Price, which is selling products that are of the highest quality possible and of the lowest price possible. It adopted a Chinese business strategy Bo Li Duo Xiao (薄利多销)”, gaining low profit but selling a lot to make a high profit. Atomy’s Strategy is to make the business sustainable for a long time, however, this method may take some time to make a comfortable income. In order to overcome the shortcoming, we have to tap on the power of multiplication and duplicate our effort.

So, our primary focus in this business is “Duplication”. Anything that we are doing currently e.g training, method, a strategy that cannot be duplicated needs to be discarded, changed, or simplified.

What to duplicate?  ASM

After understanding why, we need to duplicate, the next question is who/ what to duplicate? The answer is Auto Sales Masters. Auto Sales Master is the first pit stop in our journey to Imperial Master. It is also significant because a person who achieved Auto Sales Master means that he/she will have enough members to accumulate enough GPVs for his monthly income of 2.5K. It also shows that this person has the Knowledge, Attitude, Skill, and Habit to do this business. Only then can this person know what to duplicate to another agent/ partner to increase his income.

“You cannot give what you do not have” this phase summarizes why we need to be ASM first before we can duplicate ourselves.

Who is ASM?

In order to duplicate ASM, we need to describe what an ASM is?

Description of an ASM.

An agent member who first of all is an Auto Consumer, who can

  • Make his/her Online Purchase from Atomy Official Shopping Malls
  • 2 Loves: Atomy Products + to Share 

knows How to Sign Up Members on his/ her two groups

  • and is receiving Atomy General Commission regularly.

If the Auto Consumer wants to start building a Plan B or become a Business Owner, he/she needs to:

  • Atomy General Commission regularly.
  • understand 4 Laws: Law of Success = Law of Farming/ Nature + Law of Own Mind + Law of Attraction
  • pursue 4 Loves: PSLE (Atomy Products + to Share + to Learn (be Prosumer, STP, etc) + to Evaluate) 

know and understand
