When a business owner decided to join Macdonald’s business. The business owner and appointed stall managers will go through a series of training conducted by the head office or country office.
Everything is standardized, down to the color of the restaurant design and menu.

Success Academy(SA), One Day Seminar(ODS), Atomy Consumers Course(ACC), Atomy Builder Course (ABB), CH Atomy, Youtube channel. Each has its purpose.
Success Academy– All Atomy who want to succeed in Atomy must attend. SA is a place where Atomy Vision will be shared including future development and new products launch. It is also a place where Passion for Atomy business is developed after hearing the success stories of people from all walks of life, from the youngest to the oldest. It is a place where you will be motivated where promotion ceremonies are held to celebrate members’ success. It is a place where dreams are written down. In short, it is a place to recharge as an Atomy Business Builder.
Only through the Atomy system, you can see the biggest of Atomy and be inspired.

One Day Seminar– A seminar for us to invite potential members or prospects to understand Atomy Business. Usually, there are 3 sections, namely Products Sharing, Compensation Plan, and Atomy Leaders’ Success Story.
Atomy Consumers Course– An online course to develop Auto Consumers
Atomy Builder Course– An online course to develop Business Builders
CH Atomy– An online resource to learn about Products, compensation, Success Stories, Vision, etc.
Youtube Channel– An online resource to learn about Products, compensation, Success Stories, Visio,n, etc.
Protocol
Home Party – A gathering of a group of builders to organize Product demo and testing and simple compensation explanation. Agents who want to grow their business will invite consumers to the home party. Home Party is the fastest and easiest way to do Atomy Business. Your rate of success is tied to the number of home parties you conducted. If you want to succeed fast, do a home party.
Center Visit– inviting members to visit a center is also a strategic way to expose members to a wider range of products. It is also good to explain how consumers can “borrow products” from the center if they have urgent needs. If it is possible, introduce the members to the center manager or staff. Such action will help the members to develop a relationship with the center and they will find it more at home to visit the center to pick up products on their own.
Online DIY– weekly routine skincare together. It is an easy way to expose members or prospects to the Atomy Skin Care routine.
